No. SpiderWriters is a division of CINIVA Systems, a well-known Web development firm in Virginia. We specialize in social network management and SEO writing, and maintain an in-house staff of writers to see to the needs of our clients, unlike pay-per-blog sites that take on multitudes of freelancers. What will you do for my company to get us Facebook friends/Twitter followers?
Building a community with your social network involves much more than clicking “follow” on profiles and hoping people reciprocate. How often will you post to my social networks?
This will depend on the scope of the project. We may “tweet” or update links on your pages several times a day or several times a week. The key to maintaining a solid social presence involves intution – one should know when to hard sell and when to relax and enjoy social networking for what it is. As managers of your social networks we understand the need to maintain your image, and we will work to create a professional, attractive environment.
Do you need internal access to my Web site to help maintain our social presence?
Not at all. You may grant us access for convenience, or you may send us instructions/material for us to use.
How much do you charge?
How much we charge a client depends on the scope of the project. We have a sample rate card, but do advise prospective clients that most things are negotiable.
Can I hire Spider Writers per project or do I have to contract you?
Where SEO and SMO is concerned, we usually advise clients to contract work, but if your budget won’t allow that we can work with you toward a solution that works for you.
Do you charge by the project or by the hour?
Again, this depends on the project. In SEO it is recommended to regularly add new material to sites/blogs, so our price will vary.
We’re not based in Virginia. Can I still hire you?
Definitely! We have worked with clients throughout the south, in DC and New York, and as far away as California.
